The British Transport Police (BTP) have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to identify following an incident on a train in West Sussex. According to reports, a man was observed with his hand down his trousers, apparently masturbating, in the presence of a child.

The incident occurred on the evening of Wednesday, April 1, aboard a train traveling between London Victoria and Horsham. The BTP received a report from a concerned passenger who witnessed the man's actions. The man is described as being in his 40s or 50s, with a bald head, and was wearing a dark jacket and light-colored trousers at the time.
Police Appeal
Authorities are urging anyone who recognizes the man or has information about the incident to come forward. The BTP has emphasized the seriousness of the offense, particularly given the presence of a child. Detective Constable James Baker stated: "This was a distressing incident for those on board, especially the young child who witnessed it. We are determined to identify this individual and bring them to justice."
