Supply Teacher Receives Indefinite Classroom Ban Over Explicit OnlyFans Content

A supply teacher has been permanently barred from working in education after admitting to operating an explicit OnlyFans account under the pseudonym 'granny schoolteacher'. Lyndi Corston, 62, was found guilty of serious professional misconduct by a Teaching Regulation Agency panel, which determined her actions had brought the teaching profession into disrepute.

Explicit Videos Discovered Despite Account Closure Claims

While employed as a supply teacher at Rye Community Primary School, Ms Corston appeared on multiple adult websites featuring sexually explicit material. Some content was behind paywalls, while other videos were freely accessible to the general public. The panel heard that she created the OnlyFans account in 2024, which included nudity, despite producing similar content between January 2023 and January 2025.

Her additional employment was discovered when a colleague noticed an OnlyFans push notification on her mobile device in 2024. Although Ms Corston initially acknowledged owning the account, she claimed it did not involve sexual acts and was not under her legal name. Following this discovery, she was instructed to close the account and signed an enhanced code of conduct.

Further Investigations Reveal Ongoing Activity

However, in January 2025, Engage Education – the agency that employed Ms Corston – received notification that she had been identified on another pornographic website engaging in sexual activity. This contradicted her earlier assurances about account closure.

According to the panel report, Ms Corston initially expressed no regret about her decision to appear in the videos, asserting her right to a private life outside teaching. She has since apologised and expressed remorse for her actions.

Panel Findings and Professional Consequences

The 62-year-old teacher stated she was unaware the videos would be widely accessible, believing they would remain behind a private paywall. However, the panel noted she had fully consented to participate and no limitations were placed on how the video content could be distributed or used.

"She was plainly at risk of being recognised, which happened, and that in turn brings public confidence into consideration," the panel determined. "She chose to be depicted in the manner she was and willingly participated in a publicly accessible pornographic video and a personal OnlyFans account. She was in a position of responsibility as a teacher and members of the public rightly expect teachers to set a good example."

Ms Corston has received an indefinite prohibition order from teaching and will be unable to appeal this decision for two years from the date the order was applied. The panel concluded her actions constituted "unacceptable professional conduct" that undermined public trust in the education profession.
