Model Brooks Nader Opens Up About Liposuction Regrets and Surgical Procedures
Swimsuit model and actress Brooks Nader has made a startling revelation about the plastic surgery procedure she regrets most in her career. In a candid interview with People magazine, the model who has previously been open about undergoing rhinoplasty and receiving injectables like Botox admitted to having liposuction years ago.
The Liposuction Decision That Backfired
Nader confessed to undergoing the fat-removal procedure but expressed deep regret about the decision. "I had liposuction years ago," Nader revealed. "And I forever regret it because I just didn't need it." The model went on to describe how the surgical intervention led to unwanted physical side effects that continue to affect her appearance.
"I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things," Nader explained about the aftermath of the procedure. The model, who will soon appear in the upcoming Baywatch reboot, added a cautionary note about cosmetic interventions: "We just got to do less with all that and be healthy."

This isn't the first time Nader has spoken openly about her experiences with plastic surgery. In 2025, the star admitted to undergoing rhinoplasty during an interview with Bustle, where she also joked about the mixed reactions to her new nose. "People say I look like Michael Jackson," Nader shared about some of the feedback she received.
The model's cosmetic journey extends beyond surgical procedures. Nader has also undergone dental work with veneers and regularly receives cosmetic injectables like Botox for wrinkle prevention. She schedules these beauty treatments strategically during her time off from work, humorously noting: "Every Christmas, you can catch me looking like Freddy Krueger."
Weight Loss Medication and Modeling Career
Perhaps most controversially, Nader has been transparent about using GLP-1 drugs to achieve weight loss goals within the modeling industry. Despite building a successful modeling career since 2019, Nader told Bustle that her career trajectory changed dramatically when she began using weight loss medication.
"If I didn't get a job, I would say to [my old modeling agency], 'Can we get feedback from the client?' The direct feedback was I needed to lose 30 pounds," Nader recalled about the harsh realities of the industry. Rather than becoming emotional about the criticism, Nader adopted a pragmatic approach: "I just say, 'The facts are they want me to lose weight. How can I achieve that?'"
The model acknowledged the complex relationship between medication use and career success: "The facts are that when I started GLP-1, my career took off. I'm not saying it's OK. I'm not saying it's right. I think everybody is different - but I lost 30 pounds, and I booked all the jobs."
Reality TV Intervention and Medication Dependence
The topic of Nader's body image and changing physique became a central theme in the first season of her family's reality television show, Love Thy Nader. In a particularly dramatic episode, Nader's sisters staged an intervention after finding her nearly unconscious in a bathtub.
Nader explained she had increased her GLP-1 dosage at the time to achieve an "extra snatched" appearance for a Maxim photoshoot. The episode prompted significant viewer response, with Nader noting: "The thing that I was so shocked about with the show was that I had so many people reach out to me saying, 'I'm also addicted to GLP-1. I'm ashamed to talk about it because there's such a stigma around it. It's a crutch for me.'"
In a moment of raw honesty, Nader confessed her own ongoing relationship with the medication: "I'm still on it. It's a crutch for me too. It's not healthy. I should get off it; I'll be honest about that."
