Global superstar Jennifer Lopez has officially unveiled her spectacular $21 million Hidden Hills mansion following extensive and costly renovations. The 56-year-old singer and actress, who recently made her highly anticipated Coachella debut, purchased the sprawling property in February 2025 within the exclusive gated community that also houses celebrities like Kim Kardashian.
A Lavish Estate Revealed
New aerial photographs showcase the magnificent 10,000-square-foot estate, which is discreetly nestled among verdant trees to ensure maximum privacy. The property boasts an impressive array of amenities, including dedicated horse stables, a private paddock, and several detached outbuildings. A charming set of winding stairs descends to a rectangular swimming pool in the backyard, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and meticulously maintained lush green grass.
The "JLo Touch" on Renovations
Renovation work commenced shortly after Lopez acquired the Hidden Hills home. A source close to the star informed the Daily Mail, "Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction. She is spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house." The insider elaborated that the "On The Floor" hitmaker "renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the JLo touch, which makes the place her very own." Construction was visibly underway last June, with tarps covering sections of the residence.
Property Settlement with Ben Affleck
This revelation comes amid developments concerning Lopez's previous marital home with ex-husband Ben Affleck. Following their divorce finalization in January 2025, the former couple had been attempting to sell their $61 million joint property. Earlier this month, it emerged that Affleck transferred his share of the mansion to Lopez. Legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail show amended property settlement terms, including a "stipulation and order" added on April 9.
The updated agreement states Lopez "shall be solely responsible for all expenses [associated] with any future sale of her interest in the Wallingford Residence." Sources indicate Affleck relinquished his share without compensation, allowing Lopez to retain all proceeds from any future sale. Both parties signed the agreement in late March and early April.
Career Highlights and Upcoming Projects
Alongside focusing on her Hidden Hills renovations, Lopez has maintained a busy professional schedule. She made a surprise appearance during David Guetta's Coachella set, performing their new track "Save Me Tonight" for the first time live, thrilling the crowd in a bedazzled bodysuit. This followed the completion of her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on March 28.
Reflecting on her Coachella milestone on Instagram, Lopez wrote, "The most fun day!! Save Me Tonight with David live for the first time at MY FIRST COACHELLA was so special. My happy era is rewriting everything. Don't ever stop surprising yourself."
Looking ahead, Lopez is preparing for the June 5 release of her Netflix romantic comedy "Office Romance," co-starring Brett Goldstein. The film features Lopez as Jackie, a CEO with a strict anti-fraternization policy that is tested when a new lawyer joins her company.
