Paolo expressed their shared aspiration, stating, "Hopefully somewhere hot and sunny. The idea is, at some point, to potentially move away from the UK. It’s something I wanted to do and something Kerry’s wanted, too." While the destination was initially undecided, Kerry later confirmed that Spain had become their chosen new home, seeing the closure of her daughter DJ's school as a "sign" to embark on this fresh start.

She explained, "Next month we’re travelling back to Spain on our DJ’s birthday, as she turns 12 in April 4. It’ll be me, Paolo, DJ, Milani and Nola for a few days before Paolo flies back with the children and I’m going to stay out in Spain. Paolo’s then going to fly back with our Max and his girlfriend Pearl as it’s Max’s 18th on April 11, so we’re going to celebrate his birthday too so we’ve got a busy month ahead of us!" This busy schedule underscores the couple's commitment to blending their families, which includes Kerry's children Molly, Lilly-Sue, Heidi, Max, and Dylan-Jorge, and Paolo's daughters Milani and Nola.
