MAFS Star Alissa Fay Shuts Down Split Rumours with New Beau

Married At First Sight bride Alissa Fay has wasted no time moving on from the experiment with her new boyfriend, former Ninja Warrior star Nathan Ryles. Despite rumours that the relationship may have cooled, the 33-year-old influencer has shut down any talk of a split.

Taking to social media on Thursday, Alissa shared a gallery of recent images featuring herself and her beau, which suggest their romance is still in full bloom. 'Life as of late.. not perfect but pretty good,' she captioned the Instagram post. In one snap, the Adelaide-based health care worker poses in a bikini as a shirtless Nathan shows off his ripped physique. She also shared a sexy black and white photo, which appears to show the pair sharing a tub.

Former MAFS 2026 cast members Filip Gregov and Stella Mickunaite also appear in the gallery, posing with the happy couple. Alissa also shared images of catch-ups with MAFS stars Rachel Gilmore and Sam Stanton.

Meanwhile, Nathan did not mince words about his hot relationship during a recent Instagram question-and-answer session. 'Good to see you happy and loved up,' commented one follower, which was followed by a gushing reply from Nathan, who wrote, 'Thank you, I'm SO loved up.'

It is understood that Nathan and Alissa first began dating in December, following her dramatic exit from Married At First Sight. Alissa's relationship with on-screen husband David Momoh dramatically imploded at Final Vows, where he blindsided her by ending things despite earlier declarations of love.

Nathan and Alissa had known each other for years before reconnecting, with their relationship quickly escalating into something serious. Friends say Alissa is 'besotted', with the couple already living together and exchanging 'I love you' just months into their romance. Nathan has also publicly gushed over their connection, saying they bring out the best in each other.

Alissa called Nathan her 'soulmate' and said their 'connection is something I've never experienced before'. 'He was unexpected; we didn't plan for this to happen, you know, it just happened so naturally. I believe that he is my person,' she told New Idea. 'I thought that I knew what love was, and I thought that I had felt love before, but this is a whole other feeling.'

Nathan said he and Alissa 'bring out the best in each other', adding that he was 'oblivious' to her MAFS narrative because he didn't watch the show. 'She's treated me better than I've ever been treated, and I just love her so much,' he continued.

The pair, who have already confessed their love for each other, said they had known of each other for years because they shared the same social circle in Adelaide. However, things between them began to heat up shortly after Alissa finished filming for MAFS, when they finally met on 'a wine tour' for her gym.
