Molly-Mae & Tommy Fury's Maldives NYE After Split

Influencer Molly-Mae Hague and professional boxer Tommy Fury are welcoming 2026 in starkly different fashion to last year, enjoying a luxurious family holiday in the Maldives with their two-year-old daughter, Bambi.

From Viral NYE Kiss to Tropical Getaway

This year's sun-drenched celebration marks a dramatic turnaround from New Year's Eve 2024, when a surprise kiss between the then-separated couple at a Cheshire party went viral. The moment, captured on video at Manchester United footballer Luke Shaw's event, sparked intense public speculation about their relationship status.

Molly-Mae later addressed the awkward incident in her Prime Video documentary series, Molly Mae: Behind It All. She expressed shock that the private moment had been filmed and sold, revealing Tommy had messaged her just ten minutes before midnight saying he wanted to see in the new year with her. "He was there for eight minutes," she insisted to a friend in the show, visibly cringing at the footage.

A Year of Break-Up, Sobriety, and Reconciliation

The couple's journey over the past twelve months has been turbulent. They initially called off their engagement in August 2024, with reports suggesting Molly-Mae had struggled with Tommy's partying lifestyle while she cared for their toddler.

However, by May 2025, the pair had rekindled their romance. A key factor in their reconciliation was Tommy's decision to become sober. In a candid interview with Men's Health Magazine, the boxer admitted, "The reason why me and Molly broke up was because I got addicted to alcohol and I couldn't be the partner that I wanted to be anymore." He stated he had quit drinking entirely.

Building a Future Together

Since getting back together, the family has been visibly stronger. Molly-Mae has documented renovations on the mansion they now share full-time, which features a pool and sauna. They have enjoyed holidays together in Turkey and Dubai, and spent Christmas 2025 hosting Tommy's family.

Their current last-minute trip to the Maldives is the latest chapter, with Molly-Mae sharing snaps on Instagram of the trio sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying ice cream. The holiday ensures they will see in the New Year in South Asia, far from the scrutiny of last year's party scene.

The founder of the clothing brand Maebe has been open in YouTube vlogs about their plans, signalling a renewed commitment to family life and a fresh start for 2026.
