Ronnie Radke Seeks Restraining Order Against Tommy Lee's Wife Over Harassment Claims
Musician Radke Seeks Restraining Order Against Brittany Furlan

In a dramatic legal move, musician Ronnie Radke has petitioned a court in Southern California for a restraining order against Brittany Furlan, the wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. The 42-year-old lead singer of Falling in Reverse alleges that Furlan has engaged in a persistent campaign of harassment against him, both online and in person.

Allegations of Unwanted Contact and False Claims

According to court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday and reviewed by the Daily Mail, Radke claims that the 39-year-old former Vine star has made repeated unwanted contact. He states that Furlan has falsely asserted that the pair once had a romantic relationship and has attempted to manipulate others into making similar untrue statements about him.

Radke told the court that an incident in May 2025, witnessed by his girlfriend Dana Wright, involved unwanted contact instigated by Furlan. He further alleges that Furlan showed up uninvited at his residence. The musician also detailed that despite him ignoring unsolicited messages from Furlan, she subsequently shadowed him to a doctor's appointment, sitting outside the medical facility and staring at him, which prompted the legal action.

Escalation to Social Media and Underage Fans

The court filing describes a recent escalation in Furlan's alleged behaviour. Radke claims she 'will not stop posting false public claims' about him on social media. More seriously, he accuses her of 'messaging underage fans to coerce them into lying about me.' Radke is asking the court to order Furlan to stay at least 100 yards away from him.

In a statement to the Daily Mail, Furlan's attorney, Lou Shapiro, vehemently denied the allegations. 'Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her,' Shapiro said. 'We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.'

History of Online Impersonation and Denials

This legal development follows a previous controversy from less than a year ago. At that time, Furlan claimed she had been catfished by someone pretending to be Radke, which she said caused issues in her marriage to Tommy Lee. Radke denied any involvement to TMZ, stating he had contacted the FBI over the impersonation, calling it a 'felony' and a 'crime.'

Radke publicly addressed the situation on Instagram this past Sunday, stating Furlan was 'caught in a group chat with my super fans' spreading falsehoods. He warned her actions could lead to jail time and declared the matter was now in the hands of the legal system due to potential stalking or harassment.

Furlan married Tommy Lee, 63, in 2019 after the pair met in 2017 and got engaged in 2018. Lee, famously previously married to Pamela Anderson, has not yet publicly commented on the latest allegations. The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for both Lee and Radke for further comment.
