Olivia Attwood Opens Up About 'Utterly Humiliating' Bradley Dack Breakup
Reality television personality Olivia Attwood has publicly addressed her painful separation from footballer Bradley Dack, describing the situation as "utterly humiliating" while making serious allegations of infidelity against her husband of two years.
Instagram Revelations Detail Decade of Deception
In a series of emotional Instagram posts shared on Tuesday evening, the 34-year-old Love Island and Loose Women star detailed the breakdown of her relationship with the Gillingham midfielder. Attwood, who boasts 2.6 million followers, wrote candidly about her decade-long commitment to Dack despite what she describes as repeated betrayal.
"I have stood by Brad for the last 10 years during which he lied and cheated on me multiple times," Attwood revealed. "The breakdown of our relationship is because of this."
A Relationship Built on False Promises
The couple first met in 2015 as friends before eventually marrying in 2023, though their wedding was recently revealed to be not legally binding due to the hotel lacking a marriage licence at the time of their ceremony. Attwood elaborated on her years of dedication, stating she was "in love with him and the potential I saw in him" and worked tirelessly to help him become "the best version of himself."
"I of course now feel like a f****** idiot," she confessed, adding that she had been "covering up, lying to my family and friends, arranging therapy, believing the grovelling apologies" throughout their relationship.
The Final Straw and Moving Forward
Attwood explained that the breaking point came this January when she was confronted at a screening of one of her shows by someone reporting "yet another night he had gone back with a random girl." This prompted her decision to finally leave the relationship.
Despite the emotional turmoil, Attwood emphasized her determination to continue her professional commitments, including filming shows, recording her podcast and radio program, and shooting campaigns. "Yes, I'm dating. Yes, I'm getting up every single day even when I have cried all night," she wrote, demonstrating her resolve to move forward with her life.
Career Success Amid Personal Turmoil
Attwood rose to prominence following her appearance on ITV's Love Island in 2017 and subsequently featured in The Only Way Is Essex. Her career has flourished with various ITV programs including The Price Of Perfection and Bad Boyfriends, culminating in her joining Loose Women as a panellist in 2023. Her relationship with Dack was extensively documented across the ITV series Olivia Meets Her Match and Olivia Marries Her Match.
In her posts, Attwood also criticized the "disgusting things" written about her relationship in the press, asserting that she never wanted to publicly address these private matters but felt compelled to share her truth. Bradley Dack has been approached for comment regarding these allegations.
