Princess and Junior Andre are reportedly at the centre of a 'bidding war' that could earn them a substantial fortune. The children of Katie Price and Peter Andre have both been carving out their own showbiz careers in recent years. Junior, aged 20, has focused on music, while Princess, 18, recently launched the second series of her reality show The Princess Diaries.
Now, the brother and sister duo, whose parents famously met on the set of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! and married in 2005 before divorcing four years later, are said to have been offered their own podcast. However, they have yet to decide which company to sign with.
If the pair do start recording together, they will face natural competition from other top podcasters in the UK, including Loose Women stars Olivia Attwood and GK Barry, as well as Gogglebox star Joe Baggs—not to mention their own mother.
Lucrative Venture
Katie fronts The Katie Price Show podcast along with her sister Sophie, which has been released on streaming platforms and YouTube since 2023. According to insiders, the podcast will be a particularly lucrative venture for Princess and Junior.
Speaking to The Sun, a source said: 'Princess and Junior are set to host their own podcast together. There was a huge bidding war and they’re still deciding who to sign with. It’s worth six figures and everyone is really excited about it. They really impressed a lot of podcast bosses on Princess’s TV show and during TV appearances; it’ll actually be their first time hosting together.'
Insiders claimed that executives were keen to sign the siblings up after seeing how they came across during The Princess Diaries, which became a ratings hit for ITV2.
Celebrity Race Across The World
This news comes after reports that Princess and Junior have signed up to appear on the hit BBC series Celebrity Race Across The World. The format sees four well-known pairs compete across a region of the world to reach a destination using any mode of transport other than aircraft.
At the time, a source said: 'Execs were impressed with the ratings for The Princess Diaries but also how they came across. They’re brilliant signings for Celeb Race as they bring with them a younger audience.'
The Mirror has contacted reps for Princess and Junior for comment.
