Gene Gallagher, the 24-year-old son of Oasis legend Liam Gallagher, proved the apple doesn't fall far from the tree with a striking appearance at Milan Men's Fashion Week. The young musician attended an exclusive evening event on Friday, celebrating the 25th anniversary of heritage brand Blauer at the Triennale di Milano in Milan, Italy.
A Family Resemblance on Display
Gene, whose mother is All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, was the spitting image of his famous father as he posed for photographs. He was seen alongside the brand's founders, the husband-and-wife team of Giuseppe D'Amore and Federica Fusco. For the occasion, Gene opted for a stylish and practical outfit centred on a beige padded Blauer jacket featuring four pockets.
He completed the look with classic blue jeans, a simple black t-shirt, and a pair of black, blue, and white trainers. The event itself marked a significant milestone for Blauer, a brand founded in Boston in 1936 and later reimagined in Italy, which has spent the last quarter-century blending American heritage with Italian craftsmanship.
Following in Musical Footsteps
Like his father, Gene is forging a path in music. He is now the frontman of the indie rock band Villanelle, who had the notable opportunity to support Liam Gallagher on his 2024 solo tour. Gene has previously spoken about his musical upbringing, including ditching his guitar for six months to follow his dad on an Oasis tour, dedicating the time to 'solid partying'.
While he hasn't yet ventured into business ventures himself, Gene comes from considerable means; his father Liam is estimated to be worth over £100 million.
