Singer Pixie Lott has treated her followers to an intimate look at her family's picturesque Christmas celebrations, whisking her husband and two young sons away to a snowy retreat in Austria.
A Festive Family Getaway
The 34-year-old pop star, who welcomed her second baby with model husband Oliver Cheshire in October, shared a heartwarming video from their luxury chalet on Monday. Captioned 'Baby's First Austrian Christmas ❄️', the clip offered a stunning backdrop of snow-peaked mountains as the family began their festive holiday.
Pixie, dressed in full ski attire, was seen relaxing in the winter landscape. She also posted a tender picture of her newborn boy, whose name remains private, being cradled by his grandmother while wearing an adorable 'Feliz Navidad' jumper. Further snaps showed the singer beaming with her son on the flight over and his pram positioned on the chalet's decking.
Dedication to Her Newborn
The Austrian trip holds special significance as Lott has dedicated her new Christmas single, 'First Christmas', to her baby son. Over the sweet family video, she wrote a poignant message: 'You might not remember every detail, but I will x.'
Her husband, Oliver Cheshire, was actively involved in the winter fun, seen playing in the snow with the couple's two-year-old son, Albert, and also pushing the newborn's pram during their alpine stay.
Back to the Stage
The festive holiday comes just weeks after Pixie made a remarkable return to the stage. Only two months after giving birth, she performed an energetic dance routine at London's Union Chapel last week. She debuted 'First Christmas' live during the concert, looking incredible in a black sequinned mini-dress.
Addressing the audience ahead of the song, she said: 'Any other parents having their first Christmases or just reminiscing about the first Christmas with their little ones as well, let's go. This is the first time we're performing it together. This is First Christmas.'
In the week leading up to the Austrian getaway, Pixie had already begun the celebrations at home, sharing a cosy video of the family preparing for the baby's first Christmas. The clip, set to her own song, showed her smiling in festive pyjamas, rocking her newborn in a beautifully decorated home complete with a large tree and garlands.
Speaking recently about her excitement for the season, Lott told the Daily Mail: 'I'm so excited for this Christmas because I have a newborn baby and a two-year-old, so the magic to have a two-year-old who understands Father Christmas is coming is so exciting. We've been talking about Christmas since September.'
