Victoria Beckham never puts a foot wrong when it comes to fashion, and she cut a typically chic figure as she stepped out for a low-key walk in London on Thursday. The fashion designer, 52, was enjoying some retail therapy as she left Bottega Veneta on Bond Street alongside a female companion.
She looked stylish as usual in a pair of baggy white jeans, which she teamed with a khaki knitted jumper embroidered with the letters 'VB'. Victoria accessorised with her trademark oversized glasses and wore her long dark tresses in loose waves.
Harper's Banned Outfit
This appearance comes after the icon revealed the one outfit from her impressive wardrobe that her daughter Harper is banned from wearing. The Spice Girl shared that Harper, 14, is desperate to 'get her hands on' the iconic costumes from her mother's pop heyday. However, Victoria is adamant that her teenage daughter will not be wearing her black PVC catsuit from the band's 'Say You'll Be There' video.
Speaking at the Time100 Summit in New York City last week, Victoria was asked if Harper will be inheriting any Spice Girls costumes. She replied: 'She loves fashion, she loves beauty, and I'm pretty sure she would love to get her hands on those Spice Girls costumes … Well, not the PVC catsuit just yet. She's 14, OK, so we're going to wait for that.'
Victoria added of Harper: 'She's been sitting on my lap through product development meetings since she was a baby. I mean, she is as obsessed with product as I am.'
Dealing with Negative Stories
Elsewhere during the talk, Victoria explained she refuses to 'pay attention' to negative stories about her family. The Beckhams were caught in a major storm when her and husband David's eldest son Brooklyn Beckham, 27, shared a blistering Instagram statement earlier this year, accusing them of ruining his wedding to wife Nicola Peltz Beckham, controlling him, and being obsessed with image and social media.
When asked how she copes 'when private matters become international news', Victoria replied: 'This has been happening since I was 20, so it's been going on a long time. And I have an incredible husband who supports me enormously; we're always there for each other. I learned a long time ago not to listen to the noise. Not focus on the noise. Someone's always going to have something to say. I focus and I don't pay attention to it, if that makes any sense. Someone else will deal with it. I don't want to know. That's how I handle it, I suppose.'
Victoria and her husband David, 50, have been in New York recently, and last week they attended the TIME100 Gala. Victoria made Time's Most Influential People of 2026 list this year.
When asked last week on the Today show by hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones about the tumultuous recent time for the family, Victoria didn't specifically reference her son but said she will 'always protect' her kids. Jenna directly asked: 'You have had a pretty public challenging year — we have talked about it on this show. How do you get through the tough times?' She replied: 'You know, myself and David, we're so close and we have incredible people around us. We're close to my parents and David's parents. We support each other through everything that we do. We love our children so much and have always really focused on protecting our children. But we laugh a lot. David Beckham is really, super funny.'
Brooklyn cut ties with his family in a scathing social media statement in January, declaring he has no plans to reconcile with his famous parents and accusing them of 'controlling him for most of his life'. David and Victoria have not been seen with their son since.
