Alongside his training evolution, Christian maintains a balanced approach to nutrition. With Greek heritage influencing his palate, he has long favoured a Mediterranean-style diet rich in vegetables, fruit, and lean proteins. He is a keen cook who finds joy in preparing meals with quality produce, viewing whole foods as a natural choice rather than a restriction.

His overarching advice for others centres on sustainability and enjoyment. 'If Pilates, running, or weights don't bring you joy, don't force it,' he advised, emphasising that consistency stems from finding pleasure in movement.
