David Potts, the 32-year-old winner of Celebrity Big Brother 2024, showcased a remarkable physical transformation in an Instagram post on Monday, highlighting a four stone weight loss that marks a significant milestone in his ongoing health journey.

A Journey of Dedication and Hard Work

Sharing before-and-after photos with his 360,000 followers, Potts emphasised that achieving his recent health goals has "not been easy", particularly given his busy schedule. In his candid caption, he wrote: "4 STONE DOWN BABY. I’m gunna be dodging grids soon. It has not been easy with my busy schedule but I’m making it work the best I can."

He explicitly noted that his transformation was accomplished without the use of fat jabs, insisting it resulted solely from healthier eating and consistent exercise. Potts credited his personal trainer, @floydtransformation, for motivation and support, stating he "deffo couldn’t do this without you!"

Long-Term Lifestyle Overhaul and Future Goals

Potts first embarked on this dramatic lifestyle change in October 2020, working with a personal trainer to adopt a healthier routine. In a 2024 interview on FUBAR Radio, he detailed the intensity of his efforts, revealing he often felt "nearly throwing up for an hour" after workouts. He explained his approach involves a calorie-deficient diet through Exante, combined with rigorous personal training sessions.

Reflecting on his progress, Potts shared: "I’ve lost just under two and a half stone. And then I went on holiday to Greece for two weeks and then I put like four pounds back on, but I’ve still lost over two stones." His ultimate aim is to lose a total of 10 stone, humorously adding, "I literally want to be dodging grids walking down the street!"

In his Instagram post, Potts concluded by acknowledging that weight loss isn’t solely about the scales, expressing amazement at his own progress: "Even seeing these pictures just blow me away like… I’m getting snatched." He also shared a lighthearted clip reacting to losing another two pounds, showcasing his positive mindset.
