Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis has sent the internet into a frenzy after seemingly going public with his new girlfriend. The 70-year-old billionaire was pictured looking smitten while attending a birthday dinner for Dr. Alexandria Lightning in Henderson, Nevada.
Birthday Celebration Sparks Speculation
Lightning, a hormone specialist based in Las Vegas, shared photos of the evening on Instagram, where Davis can be seen smiling broadly by her side. "What a wonderful birthday celebration this year. And my first one as a mother," Lightning wrote to her 71,000 followers regarding the night.
Neither Lightning nor Davis have confirmed their relationship but the Raiders owner certainly looked cozy and appeared to have his hand on her leg in the photo. The hormone specialist also shared a picture with her son, Maverick Alexander Lightning, who was born on February 22nd, 2026, according to her Instagram.
Social Media Frenzy Erupts
The appearance has sparked a social media frenzy, with fans speculating that the private NFL owner is finally going public with a relationship. Davis, who is worth an estimated $3.3 billion, has previously encountered speculation over his love life after being spotted with mystery women on multiple occasions.
Previous Encounters with Mystery Women
In November 2025, Davis was seen chatting with three women in his private suite at Allegiant Stadium as they watched the Raiders take on the Dallas Cowboys. It turned out that the girls in question were rock music stars Orianthi, Cindy Blackman Santana and Rhonda Smith, who form the newly-named group 'Power of 3'.
Davis appeared to be speaking with drumming virtuoso Santana, who was sat on the left of the trio, when ESPN showed their interaction at Allegiant Stadium. Meanwhile, prior to that, Davis had previously been spotted with glamorous Cirque du Soleil dancer Hayden Hopkins on multiple occasions.
Past Romance Rumours Debunked
Hopkins was seen on camera sitting next to Davis in the VIP section of an NFL game at Allegiant Stadium in Vegas in December 2022, sparking romance rumours. At the time, the performer posted a photo from her seat but later outlined she was simply friends with Davis, and nothing more.
Hopkins, who was pregnant at the time, took to social media to lash out at those who are continuing to fuel rumours of a romance between her and the Raiders owner, accusing them of ruining what should be the happiest time in her life. "Reports of Mark Davis being the father of my child are wildly untrue," Hopkins wrote.
"I was pictured sitting next to him at a game in 2022 and have endured false rumours of a romantic relationship since. I was just a guest sitting in the owner's box with other friends. These continued media stories are negatively affecting what should be my happiest days." She previously addressed comments they were romantically involved. "MD [Mark Davis] is a legend," she told a social media commenter. "He's my neighbour/friend. Fun game."
