Channing Tatum posted a cryptic poem on Instagram on Monday about anxiety and divorce, just four days after his ex-fiancée Zoe Kravitz became engaged to Harry Styles. The poem, titled My Brain And Heart Divorced by John Roedel, illustrates the emotional and physical toll of anxiety, depicting a separation between the mind and heart from other organs.
'My brain and heart divorced a decade ago over who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become,' the post began. 'Eventually, they couldn't be in the same room with each other. Now my head and heart share custody of me. I stay with my brain during the week and my heart gets me on weekends. They never speak to one another.'
Channing, who celebrated his 46th birthday on Sunday, split from Zoe in October 2024 after three years together, calling off their engagement. The actor has since moved on with French-Australian model Inka Williams, 26, whom he has been dating since January 2025.

Harry recently spoke about his desire to marry and start a family. In an interview on Apple Music's The Zane Lowe Show, he said, 'I think I had a real honest conversation with myself about, okay, in five years, what do I want my life to look like? I want to be fulfilled and I want to be in great relationships with people. I want a family.'

Channing was handpicked by Zoe in 2021 to star as billionaire tech mogul Slater King in her directorial debut, Blink Twice, which earned $48.1 million globally. At the time, Kravitz had just finalized her divorce from actor Karl Glusman. Channing and Kravitz broke up in 2024 after one year of engagement and three years together.
Channing, who dated British pop star Jessie J from 2018 to 2020, is now in a relationship with Inka Williams. The 26-year-old IMG model is 20 years younger than the Alabama-born heartthrob. Channing has a daughter, Everly Tatum, 12, from his nine-year marriage to Step Up co-star Jenna Dewan, which ended in 2018; their divorce was finalized in 2024.
