British boxing star Conor Benn has officially unveiled the bespoke kit he will wear for his highly anticipated fight against Chris Eubank Jr, successfully merging the worlds of elite sport and luxury fashion.
A Legacy Forged in Fabric
The fighter, aged 29, has collaborated with heritage sports brand Everlast and high-end fashion house Palm Angels to create the unique ensemble. The kit will make its debut on Saturday, November 15 at the iconic Wembley arena, designed by Bespoke Boxing.
This move places Benn among the first boxers to venture into designing premium fight wear. His entire outfit is meticulously crafted from printed paillettes, creating a striking visual effect under the lights.
The colour scheme is deeply symbolic, featuring a deep royal blue and pure white palette. This is a direct tribute to the colours worn by Benn's father, the legendary Nigel Benn, during his own historic bouts against Chris Eubank Sr in the 1990s. The design serves as a powerful, modern revival of that iconic family rivalry.
Design with Meaning and Intensity
Every element of the kit has been carefully considered. The curved Palm Angels logo arcs across the back, while dramatic flame motifs rise from the hem. These flames are intended as a visual metaphor for the intensity and razor-sharp focus required in the moments before a fight.
For Benn, the creative journey was profoundly personal. "I've had the idea for this white and blue kit for some time," he revealed. "It's a nod to my dad's second fight with Eubank Sr, a mark of respect that means everything to me."
He further explained his philosophy, stating, "Boxing and fashion go hand in hand – how you present yourself is part of your identity. I'm meticulous about every detail, from my training to my team to the partners I work with. Every element matters because when the moment comes, it all adds up to how you perform."
From the Ring to the Retail Rack
Alberto Furlan, Head of Design at Palm Angels, shared his vision for the project. "I wanted this kit to feel like armour – something that carries both history and attitude," Furlan said. "It's about turning a fight into a moment of style and legacy. Boxing is ritualistic, almost ceremonial. We wanted to honour that while pushing it somewhere new."
The partnership extends far beyond the ring ropes. A limited-edition capsule collection, echoing the design of Benn's fight-night kit, was released on Friday, November 14. The exclusive line includes:
- Two distinct T-shirt designs
- A hoodie
- Special edition boxing gloves
All pieces feature the flame-lit Everlast logo and will be available through select retailers: Flannels, everlast.com, and palmangels.com.
