A man in his thirties has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a distressing incident in Derby city centre on Saturday evening, which left seven pedestrians with serious injuries.

Emergency services treated the victims at the scene before transporting them to Royal Derby Hospital and Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for further medical attention.
