China's 'Nostradamus' Professor Issues Chilling Forecast After Accurate Trump Predictions
A Beijing-based professor dubbed 'China's Nostradamus' has gained international attention after accurately predicting Donald Trump's 2024 presidential victory and subsequent military conflict with Iran. Professor Xueqin Jiang, an educator and writer who participates in Harvard's Global Education Innovation Initiative research team, now presents a disturbing third forecast about the war's outcome and potential constitutional implications.
From YouTube Lessons to Geopolitical Prophecy
Professor Jiang publishes free online lessons through his Predictive History series on YouTube and Substack. In 2024, he posted 'The Iran Trap' lesson that has since garnered millions of views, particularly after military tensions escalated dramatically in the Middle East last weekend. The video's popularity surged following coordinated US-Israeli strikes against Iran's nuclear facilities on February 28, which resulted in the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Hosseini Khamenei and triggered retaliatory strikes against US bases across the region.
Jiang's initial prediction proved remarkably accurate. He wrote in his lesson description: 'If Trump were to win a second term, he would likely contemplate invading Iran. While an initial invasion would seem successful, American forces would quickly become bogged down in Iran's mountainous terrain.' He further anticipated Trump would justify military action as necessary to destroy Iran's nuclear capabilities and bring democracy to the region.
Three Forces Driving Conflict
In his analysis, Professor Jiang identified three primary forces pushing the United States toward war with Iran:
- The Israel lobby, particularly AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee), which he argues seeks Middle East conflict to advance its interests
- America's imperial ambitions and addiction to global dominance
- The longstanding proxy conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia
'How these three forces manifest themselves is through Trump, so basically Trump is their champion,' Jiang explained. He highlighted connections between Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and AIPAC, noting Kushner's father was a prominent sponsor of the lobbying organization.
Historical Parallels and Future Projections
Professor Jiang draws parallels between the current situation and Athens' disastrous invasion of Sicily in 415 BCE during the Peloponnesian War, where overconfidence and underestimation of opponents led to catastrophic failure. He predicts a full-scale US invasion of Iran in March 2027, with Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and Poland as partners.
Most chillingly, Jiang predicts the United States will lose this war. During a recent interview with Breaking Points, he maintained his position, arguing Iran possesses 'many more advantages' through preparation and proxy networks including Hezbollah and Hamas. 'The United States military is not designed to fight a 21st century war,' Jiang asserted, describing American strategy as designed for 'muscle flexing' rather than sustainable conflict.
Constitutional Crisis Potential
The professor's most alarming prediction involves potential constitutional ramifications. He suggests that if ground troops are deployed to Iran, Trump could request emergency war powers from Congress, potentially enabling him to seek a third term despite the 22nd Amendment's prohibition.
'If there's a war going on and you can delay elections and you have emergency war powers and people rally around the flag, then he probably will get a third term,' Jiang predicted. He referenced Trump's previous joking remarks about canceling elections during wartime and noted Franklin D. Roosevelt's four terms during World War II as historical precedent.
Currently, the Trump administration maintains the conflict is proceeding according to plan, announcing a 'new phase' in the joint war effort while ruling out negotiations with Iran and demanding unconditional surrender as military strikes continue across the Middle East.
