Emmerdale actor Danny Miller has warmed the hearts of his followers by posting a touching festive photograph featuring three generations of his family, including his rarely-seen famous father.

The Emmerdale star, best known for playing Aaron Dingle, took to Instagram to mark Christmas with a series of intimate family pictures. In one image, Danny, 34, has his arm wrapped around his father, 91-year-old Vince Miller, as they sit together in front of a decorated tree. Another photo captures a beautiful moment with two of Danny's children alongside their grandfather, all beaming for the camera.
Danny sweetly captioned the post: "Christmas complete. Three generations of The Miller boys." The images offer a glimpse into the actor's private life away from the dramatic storylines of the ITV soap opera.

While Danny is a household name from the Dales, he comes from a formidable entertainment lineage. His father, Vince Miller, is hailed as a titan of the industry, renowned as a comedian, singer, and celebrated compere. For an impressive 65 years, Vince was a staple of the showbiz circuit, rubbing shoulders with icons like Shirley Bassey and Johnny Mathis.
Notably, Vince became the familiar face of the VIP scene at Manchester United's Old Trafford, a role he embraced despite his son being a devoted supporter of their arch-rivals, Liverpool FC. Vince eventually retired at the age of 82, telling the Manchester Evening News he had no regrets and wanted to quit while he was ahead.
