Grey's Anatomy star Jesse Williams is reportedly a married man once again, six years after finalizing his divorce from ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee. The 44-year-old actor wed Spanish actress Alejandra Onieva, 33, in a secret ceremony held a few months ago, according to TMZ.
A Low-Key Nuptial
The couple has kept their marriage quiet, with an insider describing the event as 'super low-key.' Williams and Onieva reportedly met for the first time last year in Italy while filming the Amazon Prime Video series Hotel Costiera. Their romance blossomed, and they went public in the fall of 2025, frequently seen together in Milan and Madrid, Spain. Onieva accompanied Williams to the 2025 GQ Men Of The Year event in Los Angeles and the San Sebastián Film Festival.

Onieva is an accomplished actress known for her roles in the Spanish-language Netflix series High Seas (2019) and the Mexican streaming series Las pelotaris 1926. She is also a model, recently starring in a campaign for the Spanish haute couture brand LA MAISON MALNE. Notably, she is the ex-girlfriend of Marvel star Sebastian Stan, 43, with whom she had a relationship from summer 2020 to late 2021. Stan later moved on with actress Annabelle Wallis in May 2022.

Williams became a household name playing Dr. Jackson Avery on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, joining in season six and becoming a regular in season seven. His departure followed a three-year divorce battle with Aryn Drake-Lee, finalized in October 2020. They share two children, Maceo and Sadie, with joint legal and physical custody.
