Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Brooks Nader has publicly embraced a more natural aesthetic, showcasing her 'filler free' smile after having her lip fillers dissolved. The 28-year-old shared the transformation with her followers in a series of Instagram Stories on Sunday.
Revealing the Transformation
Nader posted a collection of before-and-after images, explaining her decision was prompted because the filler had 'migrated so much'. In one candid snapshot, she showed the bruising that resulted from the procedure to dissolve the last of the filler. The model expressed her relief and happiness, writing that she is finally 'feeling like my old self' after returning to her natural lips.
Her younger sister, Sarah Jane Nader, 23, played a part in the reveal. She first hinted at the change in a TikTok video, stating Brooks would be reversing the procedure. On Sunday, Sarah Jane uploaded a photo of a smiling Brooks to her own Instagram Stories with the caption 'Cutie girl (& filler free)', which Brooks then reshared to her own account.
A 'Christmas Present' to Parents
This move towards a natural look isn't entirely new. Last month, Nader disclosed that dissolving her lip filler was a 'Christmas present' to her parents. She shared a close-up selfie showing her lips with slight bruising, adding text that confirmed the procedure was her festive gift to her mum and dad.
Further insight into the process came from her sister's TikTok, which captured the moment Brooks had the filler dissolved immediately after a trip to Disneyland. In the clip, the model is seen in the treatment chair still wearing her glittering red Minnie Mouse ears.
History of Cosmetic Procedures
Brooks Nader has been notably transparent about her experiences with cosmetic enhancements. In a November 2025 interview with Bustle, she openly discussed a range of procedures. These included a nose job, which she said led some people to remark she looked like Michael Jackson, as well as 'countless injectables', salmon sperm facials, a 'Nefertiti' Botox neck lift, and veneers.
She has also spoken candidly about using the GLP-1 medication Ozempic for weight loss. Nader told Us Weekly she chose to be open about it because she was tired of people at events mysteriously losing significant weight and being evasive about how. 'I had a weight loss, and why lie?' she stated, adding her belief that if something makes you feel more beautiful, you should do it.
The former 'Dancing with the Stars' contestant's latest step to dissolve her lip fillers marks a significant shift towards a more natural appearance, one she is clearly celebrating with her fans and followers.
