Actress Patsy Kensit has publicly announced she is selling a pair of diamond earrings originally gifted to her by her former husband, Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher. The 57-year-old star, known for her role in Emmerdale, has set a reserve price of £10,000 for the jewellery, which she hopes will find a good home through the upcoming sale.

Kensit has entrusted the earrings to television antiques expert Tom Keane for an auction scheduled next month at The Swan in Tetsworth, Oxfordshire. She previously wore the diamonds to an awards event in 1999, during her marriage to Gallagher. The couple wed in 1997 but separated in 2000, shortly after the birth of their son, Lennon.
In a candid interview with The Sun On Sunday, Kensit explained her decision, stating, 'Times are tough. There are a lot of actors and actresses like me that have to tighten their belts.' She added, 'I won’t be the first woman that will have sold jewellery that her ex gave her. I hope the earrings go to a good home.'
