Elsa Hosk Unveils Sizzling Valentine's Day Photoshoot for Alo Yoga

Swedish supermodel Elsa Hosk has displayed her sculpted physique to stunning effect in a fiery new photoshoot for activewear brand Alo Yoga, released just before Valentine's Day. The 37-year-old fashion icon, who gained global recognition as a Victoria's Secret Angel, was photographed wearing crimson lingerie with matching stockings, confidently revealing her toned body.

Captivating Visuals and Personal Life

In the promotional images, Hosk also models the brand's yoga apparel, which highlights her enviably taut midriff and statuesque legs. With her signature blonde hair flowing freely over her shoulders, the fashionista directs a tantalizing, come-hither gaze toward the camera. The former professional basketball player from Sweden shared these photos on her Instagram account, accompanied by the playful caption: 'Your Valentine.'

Her own romantic plans for the holiday involve her handsome Danish fiancé, Tom Daly, a sunglasses entrepreneur. The couple, who have been together for over a decade, announced their engagement in September and are parents to a daughter named Tuulikki, who will celebrate her fifth birthday next week.

Diet and Nutrition Philosophy

Over the years, the willowy blonde has occasionally offered insights into the diet and exercise regimen that helps maintain her exquisite figure. A decade ago, she detailed a typical day's meals to Style Caster, which included:

  • Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
  • Lunch: Tomato and mozzarella panini with lentil soup
  • Dinner: Chicken skewers with rice pilaf, fried cheese, and a salad of tomato, cucumber, and feta

During Fashion Weeks, she would opt for lighter options like tzatziki with carrots and smoothies, but generally prefers substantial meals over constant snacking. 'I don’t usually snack at all. I have main meals, and I make sure I eat a lot so I survive to the next meal,' Hosk explained.

She has openly admitted to struggling with strict dieting, telling Elle US: 'I am really bad at being on a diet. As soon as I tell myself: "You have to eat this or that," I am going to do the exact opposite, so I didn’t tell myself anything. I just tried to stay away from processed food.'

Fitness Routine and Lifestyle Choices

Exercise plays a crucial role in her physique maintenance. 'I feel like I have been working out so much I can eat what I want. I like to do it that way,' she added. Her fitness regimen, as discussed with Marie Claire a decade ago, includes boxing mixed with barre and Pilates to balance intensity with stretching.

'Boxing makes you kind of tight, so it's really good to mix that with barre, Pilates, or something that'll stretch you out and make you longer,' Hosk noted. She emphasizes variety to avoid boredom, stating: 'I'm not the person that loves to be in the gym so much. I like to mix it up as much as possible, otherwise I'll get bored.'

Additionally, Hosk has been a teetotaler since age 20, after overcoming a drinking problem that she initially kept hidden from the modeling industry. Reflecting on this, she shared on the Swedish talk show Sklavan that in the past, such issues were not discussed openly due to fears from clients about reliability. However, by 2020, she observed a positive shift, noting that models are now encouraged to share their personal stories, which adds depth and inspiration to their public image.
