Perrie Edwards' Clothing Brand Disora Shuts Down Amid £265k Losses
Perrie Edwards' Disora Brand Closes with £265k Losses

Perrie Edwards has quietly closed her clothing brand Disora amid mounting financial pressures and significant accumulated losses. The company behind the brand, Indigo Aura, has been officially shut down following its last accounts filing at Companies House in December 2024.

Financial Struggles Lead to Closure

Disora specialised in casual clothing items including hoodies, joggers, leggings, shorts and jackets, targeting fashion-conscious consumers. Despite attempts to revitalise the business, the company faced insurmountable financial challenges that ultimately led to its demise.

Two years ago, in an effort to boost sales and inject new capital, the company issued 11 new shares to a clothing wholesale firm. However, this strategic move failed to reverse the brand's fortunes, and Indigo Aura received a strike-off notice in December, signalling its impending dissolution.

Significant Financial Losses Revealed

The final accounts filed by Indigo Aura for the year ending December 2023 reveal the stark financial reality behind the brand's closure. The company reported accumulated losses totalling £265,093, highlighting the substantial financial burden that ultimately proved unsustainable.

Ownership of the company was divided between several key figures. Perrie Edwards herself owned 50 per cent of the business, while her fiancé, footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, held a 25 per cent stake. The remaining 25 per cent was owned by businessman Bradley Churchill.

The Daily Mail has contacted a representative of Perrie Edwards for comment regarding the brand's closure and the financial circumstances surrounding it.

Post-Little Mix Career Focus

Since her band Little Mix went on an indefinite hiatus, Perrie Edwards has concentrated primarily on her solo music career. Her debut solo album, simply titled "Perrie," was released in September 2025 and achieved considerable success, reaching number three on the UK Albums Chart.

The closure of Disora represents a significant shift in Edwards' business ventures as she continues to build her career as a solo artist following her time with one of Britain's most successful girl groups.

Little Mix Reunion Complications

The brand's closure coincides with renewed tensions surrounding a potential Little Mix reunion, which has been thrown into chaos following heartbreaking revelations from former band member Jesy Nelson.

In her new documentary series, "Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix," available on Prime Video, the 34-year-old singer revealed she attempted to take her own life just days before quitting the chart-topping band in 2020. Nelson recalled feeling "really alone" during this difficult period and claimed that bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards, and Jade Thirlwall ignored her cry for help leading up to her overdose.

This marked the second time Nelson had attempted suicide, following an earlier overdose in 2013 that she discussed in her BBC documentary "Jesy Nelson: Odd One Out."

Bandmates React to Documentary Claims

Following Nelson's documentary revelations, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall have reportedly been left saddened by the comments, which have "brought up a lot of bad from the past."

A source told The Sun: "Jesy's confession has obviously opened up a can of worms for the girls. The documentary itself and the backlash that has followed has brought up a lot of bad feeling from the past. It's been upsetting for the girls, but they are focused on their solo careers and the future now."

While the other Little Mix members have not publicly reacted to Nelson's claims, Jade Thirlwall experienced an emotional moment during her solo tour in the United States. While performing the song "Natural" at Disaster, which is reportedly written about her struggling friendship with Jesy Nelson, Thirlwall broke down in tears on stage.

The poignant lyrics include: "It's hard to love you when you hate yourself. Can't be there for you without negatively impacting my mental health," reflecting the complex emotional dynamics within the former group.

The combination of business challenges and personal revelations creates a complex backdrop for Perrie Edwards as she navigates both her commercial ventures and her musical career following the Little Mix era.
