A substantial collection of props and costumes from the beloved BBC programme is being made available to the public through an online auction, marking the first occasion that BBC Studios has authorised such a sale.

One was wielded by David Tennant during his celebrated return as the Fourteenth Doctor, while the other is the illuminated "Joy To The World" version brandished by Ncuti Gatwa in his role as the Fifteenth Doctor. Additionally, a screen-matched, cracked Tardis prop from the series 13 New Year's Eve special, titled 'Eve Of The Daleks', is also included in the sale.
Charitable Focus and Auction Details
The online auction is being managed by the specialist firm Propstore and is scheduled to commence imminently, concluding on 19 February. In a notable philanthropic gesture, twenty per cent of the final hammer price from all sales will be donated directly to the charity BBC Children in Need. Every lot will start with an accessible opening bid of just £100, designed to welcome both ardent fans and serious collectors alike.
