In a shocking development on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! All Stars, two campmates are set to be evicted tonight as the celebrities themselves are tasked with deciding who to axe in a brutal camp twist. Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly will enter the camp in the episode airing later today, April 20, to remind the stars that the public will ultimately crown the winner during the live final on Friday. However, they will confirm a dramatic twist: the celebrities must now vote to send two of their own packing, leaving the camp in stunned silence.
Immunity and a Chain of Saves Add to the Drama
After winning the most recent trial, Ashley Roberts has been granted immunity from the celebrity-led vote. Instead, she is tasked by Ant and Dec to choose one celebrity to save. This saved celebrity will then pick another to rescue, starting a chain of campmates saving each other until only one famous face remains unchosen. According to The Sun, alongside this last unchosen celebrity, a second campmate will also be sent home, making for a savage double elimination. A source told the publication, "It’s absolutely savage and had the celebrities reeling when it all kicked off in camp. They were surprised enough to be told they needed to oust one of their own, so to then learn the leaver would have to axe another is brutal. Scarlett Moffatt Struggles in Intense Trial
Elsewhere in the episode, Scarlett Moffatt joins Ashley Roberts in the latest trial, which sees the former Gogglebox star left "unable to breathe." Scarlett, 35, will be seen fighting to control her panic as she is placed inside an hourglass filled with corn kernels, buried up to her neck. The Snakes and Ladders trial involves Ashley, 44, climbing a game-style board to tackle boxes packed with snakes in search of stars, while Scarlett rolls the dice. Ashley revealed ahead of the trial, "I grew up in the desert and we have snakes everywhere. When you see them, you jump, you’re scared… I had one chase me in the pool when I was a kid and that really scared me. I feel like I’m in a place right now where I want to prove to myself that I can do this and I’ve got my girl by my side." Scarlett joked, "This is a little bit of an upgrade from the normal family board game," but soon considered tapping out, telling Ant and Dec, "I feel like I can't breathe properly," as they encouraged her. Ashley looked shocked as Scarlett grew increasingly distressed, putting her hand over her face and taking deep breaths, eventually saying, "I think I'm going to have to come out."
Ashley Roberts Confronts David Haye Over Controversial Comments
In related news, Ashley Roberts has revealed she "confronted" co-star David Haye over his "uncomfortable" comments during their time on the ITV show. Speaking on This Morning with Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley, Ashley was quizzed about rows between boxer David, 45, and other campmates. David faced backlash after actor Adam Thomas, 37, revealed he was left "broken" by clashes with David, particularly over Adam's arthritis pain. David was seen branding Adam "useless" during trial discussions and criticized him for smuggling chocolate, which reduced dinner rations. David also faced accusations of "fat-shaming" Gemma Collins and shocked co-stars by bragging about dating a woman "with the personality of a proper ugly bird," clarifying that less attractive women have better personalities. Ashley told Ben and Cat, "He just kept going and digging a deeper hole... I think my face pretty much said it all. There are points where I did confront him because I thought some of his language was quite shocking. We all tried maybe to plant seeds of different ways of thinking, but it was shocking. Adam was not feeling well, and David just kept pushing—it went a bit too far. It was uncomfortable at times, and some of us girls went outside to breathe together like, 'OK, wow.' It was tough in there."
