Dan Osborne's 'giant' 12-year-old son stuns fans

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osborne has left his social media followers in awe after sharing a snapshot from a gym session with his eldest son, who is rapidly turning into his double.

A 'Giant' in the Making

The 34-year-old reality TV personality posted a photo alongside his 12-year-old son, Teddy, during a workout. Fans were immediately struck by the youngster's remarkable height and his uncanny resemblance to his famous father. Dan, who stands at an impressive 6 feet 5 inches tall, joked about the attention, writing: "I have a lot of people messaging me saying I must be really short because of pictures next to my 12-year-old son."

He swiftly clarified the situation, stating: "I'm 6 ft 5. I just have a giant of a son." The proud dad captioned the post with a simple, "Proud of you dude." Teddy also documented their joint session on his own Instagram, affectionately calling it "Gym with the old man!"

A Father's Pride and a Blossoming Bond

Dan, a father-of-three, has often spoken about his close relationship with Teddy, whose stepmother is former EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa. The bond extends beyond the home and into their shared passion for fitness. Following a Sunday workout together earlier this year, Dan penned a heartfelt tribute to his son, calling him his "best mate."

He also shared valuable parenting insight, noting: "Remember as parents, children are taking in your habits and seeing what choices you make, most of them, they'll copy... so make sure those habits are good ones like looking after ourselves." Dan expressed immense pride when Teddy expressed a desire to emulate his father's healthy lifestyle, saying, "Dad I really want to start eating what you eat and working out."

Dan's admiration for his son was especially evident when Teddy celebrated his 12th birthday. The emotional dad posted online: "My boy, my best mate, my everything! Dude, I can't even explain how much I love you, how proud I am of you, the young man you're becoming." He marvelled at how time had flown, marking the start of secondary school for his eldest as a poignant milestone.

Marriage Back on Track

The gym snap comes at a time when Dan and his wife, Jacqueline Jossa, have reportedly strengthened their relationship. The couple, who married in 2017 and share two daughters, Ella and Mia, faced a brief separation in March of last year. However, they have since worked diligently to reconcile.

In June, they celebrated eight years of marriage with a romantic holiday to Gran Canaria. A source close to the pair revealed they are now more determined than ever to maintain a "drama-free marriage." The insider explained that their strong chemistry and shared love for their children were powerful forces in bringing them back together, with both fully committed to a united future.
