Florence Pugh to Become Aunt as Brother Expects Child

Florence Pugh is set to become an aunt for the first time as her brother Toby Pugh and his wife Scarlet are expecting their first child. The Game of Thrones actor, 34, married Scarlet in a stunning ceremony in Seville last September, and the couple are now preparing to welcome a new addition to their family.

Pregnancy Announcement

Toby quietly announced the baby news in an Instagram post on Tuesday, sharing snaps that revealed Scarlet's growing bump. The post included a sweet video of her lying on the couch, baring her blossoming belly while the couple's pet dog rested on her legs. Another snap showed pregnant Scarlet posing with her famous sister-in-law Florence and a friend during an outing. Toby simply captioned the post: "Spring is sprunging."

Although Toby had not previously mentioned the pregnancy, Scarlet had received congratulations on her own social media, where she showed her bump and discussed her struggles with morning sickness.

Toby and Scarlet's Wedding

The couple's wedding was reportedly a lavish celebration, with Florence performing a song dedicated to her brother and his new wife during the reception. Toby is best known for his role as Trystane Martell in HBO's Game of Thrones. He has also appeared in other TV and movie roles, including alongside Ben Whishaw, David Suchet, and James Purefoy in The Hollow Crown.

Toby has followed in his sister's footsteps by landing big screen roles. His most notable movie role was playing legendary opera star Andrea Bocelli in the 2017 biopic The Music of Silence, alongside Antonio Banderas. He released his latest album, Eyes Light Up, in April 2025, following his debut album Into the Light in 2013.

Florence Pugh's Relationship Status

Fans are also speculating that Florence may be engaged to her boyfriend Finn Cole. In February, she was spotted wearing a sparkly ring at a performance of Cynthia Erivo's Dracula at the Noel Coward Theatre in London. The couple were first linked romantically in September 2024 after being seen leaving an after-party together and recently confirmed their romance on Instagram.

Florence and Finn were friends for years and were first reported to be dating after the London premiere of Netflix's The Perfect Couple. A source revealed the pair had been getting to know each other away from the spotlight and planned to get married, telling The Sun: "They are both putting everything into their careers but have found something special between them."

While she wouldn't name Finn, Florence confirmed her relationship status during her October 2025 cover shoot with Vogue, confessing she is very much in love and approaching their romance differently to past relationships. She said: "I am [in a relationship]. OK, so something that I resonate with is that I believe that if magic is real, then it's falling in love."
