Tom Hiddleston, the 44-year-old star of Loki and The Night Manager, cut a supremely suave figure. He opted for a sophisticated beige Glen Check suit, featuring a tailored blazer and slim-fit trousers. Hiddleston's appearance in Milan comes hot on the heels of a revealing interview where he expressed keen interest in entering the world of reality television. While promoting the second series of The Night Manager, the actor confirmed he would "absolutely" be up for starring in Strictly Come Dancing and the celebrity edition of The Traitors.
"I'm a massive, massive fan of both," Hiddleston stated. He particularly praised the format of The Traitors, the BBC hit which drew an average of 13 million viewers per episode during its celebrity run in October, calling it "the most ingenious thing" and "completely compulsive."
Faithful or Traitor? Hiddleston Weighs In
Delving deeper into the hypothetical, Hiddleston revealed a strategic preference for the game. Despite the allure of deception, he believes playing as a Faithful would be more interesting.
"I'd like to be a Faithful because then you can play detective, right?" he explained. "And you know that your conscience is clean and your heart is pure, and you're just watching and trying to figure people out." He contrasted this with the role of a Traitor, which he described as "more of an acting exercise" involving constant deception.
His potential signing for Strictly would be a major coup for the BBC show, which has faced significant presenter changes recently.
