The veteran actress, whose career spans decades in film and political activism, maintained her signature style for the journey. She was wrapped in a luxurious fur coat and shielded her eyes with a pair of distinctive bronze-tinted butterfly sunglasses.

Connection to a Hollywood Tragedy
This public sighting comes just weeks after Fonda shared poignant memories related to a grim Hollywood crime. She revealed she had seen film director Rob Reiner and his wife Michele on the final night of their lives.
The couple were found dead in their Los Angeles home in an alleged murder for which their 32-year-old son, Nick Reiner, is currently awaiting trial. Nick, who has a reported history of substance abuse and a schizophrenia diagnosis, is said to have argued fiercely with his parents at the star-studded Christmas party hosted by Conan O'Brien.
Fonda, along with the Reiners, had been a guest at that party. In an Instagram tribute posted the day after their bodies were discovered, Fonda wrote: 'Rob and Michele Reiner were wonderful, caring, smart, funny, generous people... I saw them the night before last looking healthy and happy. I am reeling with grief. Stunned.'
She also noted they had been helping her relaunch the Committee for the First Amendment, an organisation originally founded by her father, Henry Fonda, in 1947.

Michele Reiner had allegedly confided in friends for months about struggling to cope with her son's drug and mental health problems, lamenting, 'We've tried everything.'
