Reality TV star and former glamour model Katie Price has openly discussed undergoing a fresh set of cosmetic enhancements, directly responding to growing online concern about her noticeably thinner appearance.
Addressing the Speculation Head-On
In a series of candid social media posts and a YouTube video on Saturday, 17th January 2026, Price defiantly hit back at comments about her weight and revealed new procedures. She shared an Instagram Story detailing that in the preceding two days, she had received facial filler from @lahairbeautyandskin and had combination brows and lip blush treatments done by @killacosmeticsltd.
"Finally feel back to the old me," she wrote in the caption accompanying a photo of herself.
The Weight Loss Explanation
Her update comes as fans have expressed fears over her changing and increasingly gaunt figure. On her YouTube channel, Price offered a detailed explanation for her weight loss, tracing it back to a serious accident in 2020.
She recounted breaking both feet in Turkey, which led to her using a wheelchair for ten months during the Covid pandemic, severely limiting her activity. This period of immobility, followed by IVF treatment which she says causes weight gain, led to her putting on weight.
"I did gain a bit of weight, but now I'm more active again, and more healthy. I have lost weight, and now people are like, 'Oh my God, what's wrong with her? She's too skinny,'" she stated. Price argued that her current weight is similar to her older pictures, but her age makes it look different.
Family Concerns and a 'Deflated' Bum
The star revealed that even her own mother has voiced alarm, sending her a link with messages like "Kate, you are too thin. You look shocking." Price urged fans to stop pushing a narrative about her changing shape, predicting that after her latest procedure—buttock fillers—people would soon comment on her looking "curvier" and "healthier."
"I just can't win. I really can't win," she lamented.
She explained the decision for the bum lift, saying recent weight loss had left her bottom looking "deflated." "Where I've lost weight, and when you lose weight, you lose it everywhere, and I seem to have lost it on my butt," she said. The procedure, she hopes, will "bring to life" her bum.
