Actress Michelle Randolph has publicly addressed her new relationship with fellow star Glen Powell for the first time, three months after the pair were first romantically linked.
Keeping Personal Life Private
In an interview with InStyle published on Friday, the 28-year-old Landman star briefly touched on the topic of her romance with the 37-year-old Twisters actor. Randolph emphasised the importance of separating her public and private lives for her own peace of mind. She told the outlet, "I think, for peace of mind, those are really important for me to keep separate."
The actress elaborated on her desire for privacy, stating, "How people perceive you publicly is not who you are." She later added, "It's just…I don’t think anything good comes from that, because it's your personal life. It should be personal and reserved for yourself and those who are close to you. So, ironically, I think I've learned that I want to keep it private."
Navigating Public Scrutiny
Randolph acknowledged the difficulty of avoiding public commentary, especially on social media. "It's hard to not, because it's so in our face, and everyone's online," the 1923 star explained. "So you see things that you don't necessarily want to, and then it puts you in a bad mood for the rest of the day or hurts your feelings. And it's not smart to let that define you, because that's not real."
The couple were first seen together in November 2024, dancing at the Honky Tonk bar The Broken Spoke in Austin, Texas. An insider later told Us Weekly that the pair began seeing each other around October 2024 and were simply "having fun." A source added they had been "trying to keep it under the radar for almost two months."
Recent Appearances and Career Focus
Most recently, Powell and Randolph were spotted together at a Golden Globes after-party at the Chateau Marmont, with Powell's mother also in attendance. Notably, Randolph was not seen with Powell on the actual red carpet earlier that evening.
This new relationship comes after Powell's highly publicised friendship with his Anyone But You co-star Sydney Sweeney, which sparked intense dating rumours. Both stars denied a romance, with Sweeney stating last year, "The press did it themselves." A separate source recently told Us Weekly that Powell is "not interested in having another public relationship at this time," particularly after the reaction to his friendship with Sweeney.
The source added that the actor, who recently moved from Los Angeles to Texas, is focused on work but remains a romantic at heart. "He's a romantic [and] has talked about wanting to find The One. But for now, work is taking up most of his focus."
Both actors are busy with their careers. Powell recently starred in the 2025 sci-fi film The Running Man and leads the Hulu series Chad Powers, which has been renewed for a second season. Randolph stars as Ainsley Norris in Taylor Sheridan's Paramount+ series Landman, alongside Demi Moore and Billy Bob Thornton.
