The special promises an in-depth exploration of the making of the first season, featuring extensive production footage and detailed insights into the lengthy, UK-wide casting search for the iconic roles of Harry, Ron, and Hermione. These characters are portrayed by Dominic McLaughlin, Alastair Stout, and Arabella Stanton, respectively. A teaser released recently highlights interviews with cast members such as John Lithgow and Paapa Essiedu, who take on the roles of Professors Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape.
Additionally, the special showcases the work of numerous craftspeople involved in designing the updated Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
