This encounter propels Pine into a dangerous new world, where he crosses paths with a formidable new adversary: Teddy Dos Santos, a Colombian businessman played by Diego Calva. To infiltrate Teddy's arms operation, Pine must enlist the reluctant help of businesswoman Roxana Bolaños, portrayed by Camila Morrone.
Once in Colombia, Pine is thrust deep into a lethal conspiracy involving arms deals and the training of a guerrilla army.
