Peruvian Shamans Predict 2026: Trump Health Warning & Ukraine Peace
Peruvian Shamans Issue 2026 Predictions for Trump and Ukraine

As the new year approaches, spiritual leaders in Peru have conducted their annual divination ritual, offering a stark set of predictions for 2026 that include a chilling health prognosis for US President Donald Trump and a potential resolution to the protracted war in Ukraine.

A Dire Health Warning for the US President

The focal point of the shamans' forecast is a concerning prediction for the American leader. During the ceremony on a beach in Lima, shaman Juan de Dios García, adorned in traditional blue poncho and black hat, delivered a blunt message: "The United States must get ready because Donald Trump is going to fall seriously ill."

This spiritual warning amplifies existing rumours about the 79-year-old president's physical and mental wellbeing, which have circulated throughout his second term. Trump, who will be 83 by the end of his tenure in January 2029, recently addressed concerns over his "raspy voice" heard during an Oval Office meeting about the 2026 FIFA World Cup preparations.

When asked about his hoarse tone, Trump quipped he had been "shouting at people because they were stupid," later joking he misheard a comment about a polyp. Despite the speculation, the White House, through physician Dr Sean Barbadella, maintains the president is in excellent cognitive and physical health.

A Glimmer of Hope for Ukraine

In contrast to the bleak outlook for Trump, the shamans foresaw a positive development on the global stage. Shaman García stated he sees the Russia-Ukraine conflict ending, with the flag of peace being raised.

This prediction follows closely after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Trump in Florida. Post-meeting, Trump claimed a deal to end the war, which began in February 2022, is "closer than ever," though he acknowledged difficult questions over the future of the Donbas region remain unresolved.

Ritual Details and Further Forecasts

The spiritual leaders performed their ritual using coca leaves, skulls, and burning incense alongside photographs of world leaders. Their predictions also extended to Venezuela, forecasting the potential fall of President Nicolás Maduro's government.

While such annual prophecies are met with scepticism by many, they contribute to the global discourse surrounding the health of influential leaders and the trajectory of major geopolitical conflicts as the world looks towards 2026.
