Vick Hope and Calvin Harris Attend London Fashion Gala

BBC Radio 1 presenter Vick Hope and her DJ husband Calvin Harris put on a loved-up display as they attended the exclusive Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art gala dinner in London on Tuesday evening. The celebrity couple, aged 36 and 42 respectively, enjoyed a glamorous night out together, taking a brief respite from their parenting duties for their newborn son Micah.

Stylish Arrival at the Lavish Event

For the prestigious occasion, Vick looked absolutely incredible in a plunging black maxi dress that elegantly showcased her stunning figure. She completed her sophisticated ensemble with classic black pointed heels and accessorised with bold statement earrings that added a touch of glamour. Meanwhile, Calvin cut a stylish figure in a velvet-textured blazer that he paired with smart black trousers, demonstrating his fashion-forward sensibilities.

The couple appeared in remarkably high spirits as they posed for photographs at the lavish event, clearly enjoying their evening together. Their attendance at the gala comes as they balance their busy careers with new parenthood following the arrival of their first child.

Schiaparelli Exhibition Details

Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art represents the United Kingdom's first major exhibition dedicated to legendary designer Elsa Schiaparelli, spanning her influential work from the 1920s through to the present day. The exhibition runs from March 28th through November at the prestigious Victoria and Albert Museum in South Kensington, London.

Recent Parenthood Journey

Vick and Calvin, who tied the knot in 2023, announced the arrival of their baby boy Micah in August through a sweet social media post, following his actual birth on July 20th. Vick experienced a home water birth at their property in Ibiza, where she had flown after beginning her maternity leave earlier in the year.

Calvin shared candid photographs documenting the birth experience, including a tender image of his wife lying in the birthing pool and another heartfelt shot of himself holding the newborn moments after delivery. Alongside the series of intimate photos, Calvin announced the birth with the emotional message: '20th of July, our boy arrived. Micah is here! My wife is a superhero and I am in complete awe of her primal wisdom! Just so grateful. We love you so much Micah.'

The DJ also included a graphic photograph of Vick's placenta, which was later transformed into medicinal pills through a process of drying and grinding the organ into a powder that was then encapsulated for consumption.

Calvin's Career Evolution

Former supermarket shelf stacker Calvin - whose real name is Adam Wiles - has become one of the highest-earning DJs in the world. In 2020, he sold the rights to his extensive back catalogue to an investment firm for a reported £76 million, securing his financial future.

In a recent interview, the Scottish star revealed how he plans to stop DJing within the next decade, explaining: 'I always said that once I get past 50, I can't see me DJing. The more commercial end [of DJing], it gets a little bit suspect. I think I'd prefer to be in the studio making tunes.'

Family Life and New Roles

Back in January, Vick shared rare pictures of her baby son Micah and her husband in an Instagram post marking their first Christmas as a family of three. Alongside the festive images, she penned: ''Twas the season'. The mother-of-one also shared photos of herself in matching pyjamas with Micah resting peacefully on her chest.

Calvin appeared in Vick's carousel of holiday photos, captured sharing a sweet moment at the dinner table with his son. The star got fully into the holiday spirit as he was photographed carrying a newly purchased Christmas tree through their home.

Vick shared multiple adorable photos of her baby, including a particularly sweet snap of him wearing a cream onesie that read 'my first Christmas'. The little tot also wore matching Christmas pyjamas with his grandmother Adeline Nowosu, who held him tenderly in her arms.

The pair shared another adorable moment where Vick's mother held Micah up, smiling broadly from ear to ear as he looked utterly charming in a green striped onesie. The new mother appeared to be balancing parent life remarkably well, as she also shared snaps posing alongside her close friends during the holiday season.

Calvin's New Executive Position

It was revealed recently that Calvin is swapping his decks for a boardroom desk after becoming an executive at a prominent tech firm. The record producer, known for global hits such as We Found Love and One Kiss, was unveiled as the new Chief Wellness Officer at fast-growing healthcare brand Healf.

The company was founded in 2020 by Manchester-born brothers Max Clarke and Lestat McCree as an online destination for carefully selected wellbeing products. It now serves more than 550,000 regular customers and its annual revenues have surpassed an impressive £100 million.

The company announced that Calvin will help shape Healf's 'wellbeing philosophy, product curation and cultural presence' in his new executive role. The Dumfries-born star explained his decision: 'As an artist I find inspiration in different things: people, places, feelings, words. Music is about pushing limits, doing things I haven't done before - I have to take care of my mind and body to do that.'

He continued: 'I've learned that what keeps me feeling good changes all the time, depending on the day, the tour, the studio, everything. Healf gets that. They're not trying to tell you how to live; they're helping you find what works for you. That's why stepping in as Chief Wellbeing Officer made sense, their whole approach feels real, grounded and genuinely helpful.'

Calvin is starring in a new advertising campaign for Healf alongside supermodel Claudia Schiffer, who serves as an investor in the brand and its ambassador for 'Women's Health & Longevity'. This new venture represents an exciting career evolution for the internationally renowned DJ as he balances fatherhood with professional expansion.
