Prince Andrew 'Tip of the Iceberg' Warning as Biographer Teases More Epstein Files
Andrew Biographer Warns More Damaging Epstein Files to Emerge

In a startling television interview, a royal biographer has claimed that the damaging information already revealed about Prince Andrew in the Jeffrey Epstein files represents only "the tip of the iceberg".

GMB's Explosive Interview

During an episode of ITV's Good Morning Britain on 29 December 2025, presenters Richard Madeley and Ranvir Singh spoke with author Andrew Lownie. Lownie, who has written a biography of the Duke of York, delivered a significant update on the scandal engulfing the disgraced royal.

This segment followed earlier heartbreaking news on the programme, shifting focus to the prince, who was stripped of his military affiliations and royal patronages in 2022. The discussion centred on Andrew being named in recently unsealed court documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

'A Lot of Material' Withheld

Lownie revealed to the GMB hosts that he has uncovered substantial further evidence that could not be included in his initial book for legal reasons. "I found a lot of material that I'm going to put in the updated book," he stated, emphasising that the public has so far seen just a fraction of the potentially incriminating information.

He referenced one specific allegation from the files that depicts Andrew "sprawled across the laps of several unidentified women", suggesting this could ignite further issues. Lownie asserted that the royal family has attempted to distance itself from Andrew due to wider questions about privilege and accountability.

However, he criticised the optics of Andrew's daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, being with him at Sandringham, suggesting their involvement in certain activities would also become public knowledge.

Mounting Pressure on the Monarchy

Ranvir Singh questioned Lownie about the pressure on Prince William, the Prince of Wales, who is reportedly keen to ensure his future accession is not overshadowed by the scandal. "How much pressure do you think Prince William is under right now?" she asked.

Lownie responded that William recognises the "huge reputational damage to the monarchy" and is pushing for action. When pressed on what form that action might take—whether simply removing Andrew from public view or pursuing legal justice—Lownie was unequivocal.

He claimed that, despite public appearances, Andrew "is still being protected" behind the scenes. The biographer warned that people within the establishment have not been open about their knowledge of the situation and suggested that the issue of a potential US extradition request for Andrew "isn't going to go away".

The interview concluded with a stark warning that more revelations are imminent, promising continued scrutiny and potential further damage to the royal institution.
