Devotees of the hit Amazon Prime Video series Clarkson's Farm have launched a passionate campaign for the return of fan-favourite Harriet Cowan for the show's fifth season. The demand follows a heartfelt social media update from the Derbyshire farmer and nurse, who reflected on her whirlwind year joining Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm team.
A Year to Remember for Clarkson's Farm Star
Harriet Cowan, who stepped in to help on the farm while regular star Kaleb Cooper toured with his own one-man show, took to Instagram to share a series of snaps from her memorable 2025. Addressing her 585,000 followers, she posted a carousel of pictures from her time on the popular farming programme.
"2025 WHAT A YEAR IT WAS !! A year I'll never forget," Cowan wrote in her caption. She described meeting amazing people, working with both experienced and less experienced farmers, and travelling across England to visit farms and county shows.
"Met lots of young people who want to go into agriculture," she added, concluding with, "A big thanks to everyone for supporting farmers this year let’s hope next year is just as good!!"
Overwhelming Fan Response and Season 5 Pleas
The post triggered an immediate and overwhelming response from the show's dedicated fanbase. The comments section was quickly flooded with supportive messages, with a huge number of viewers making the same direct request: bring Harriet back for Clarkson's Farm Season 5.
One fan directly tagged Jeremy Clarkson, writing, "How about more Harriet in the upcoming seasons? We love her! #girlpower." The sentiment was echoed repeatedly, with comments like, "You were a great addition to the show, need more of you!!!" and "We need so much more of you on our TV!"
Another admirer stated, "You were the highlight of Clarkson’s Farm! Please come back!!" while one more speculated, "You fitted in so well to Clarkson’s Farm. I hope he brings you back in for some more episodes."
Future on the Farm Remains Uncertain
Despite the clear audience demand, Harriet Cowan's future on the series remains unconfirmed. While it has been established that Kaleb Cooper will return as a series regular, Cowan's role is still up in the air.
Speaking previously on BBC Breakfast, Cowan revealed the situation is open-ended. "We've always left it very open," she said. "I'm here if he needs me, but no plans at the minute."
She also admitted to being "shocked" by the public's reaction to her debut on the show, confessing she never considered her daily life of farming and nursing to be particularly exciting. "I get up and farm, go to work, come back and farm," she said, noting the surreal experience of now being recognised in the street.
For now, fans will have to wait for an official announcement regarding the Clarkson's Farm Season 5 lineup. All current seasons of the hit show are available to stream on Prime Video.
