M&S Shoppers Rush for New Chocolate-Covered Fruit Before Sell Out

Marks & Spencer has launched a new range of frozen chocolate-covered fruits, sparking a rush among shoppers eager to try them before they sell out. The new treats, available in strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry varieties, are priced at £5.50 per pot and can be found in the freezer aisle of M&S food halls across the UK, as well as through Ocado.

TikTok user Sherene Cyrus, who has over 145,800 followers, shared her taste test of the chocolate-covered strawberries in a video that has since gone viral. In the clip, she praised the product, calling them “the best chocolate covered strawberry that I've ever had.” She noted that while the price is “a little bit steep,” the quality of the chocolate coating was superior to Aldi’s equivalent, which she said “tasted cheap,” and more affordable than the TruFru brand, which can cost around £7 per bag.

Cyrus recommended leaving the frozen strawberries to thaw for 10-15 minutes before eating, though she admitted she only waited eight minutes before trying one. “I literally have no complaints,” she said, adding, “I can't believe how nice they are.” Her positive review prompted many viewers to comment, with one writing, “I’m going to M&S now to get this,” and another saying, “Need to try these before they sell out.”

M&S has not confirmed how long the limited-edition products will be available, but the strong demand suggests they may not last long on shelves. The supermarket is known for its high-quality food offerings, and this new addition appears to be a hit with customers seeking a indulgent yet convenient treat.
