Consumer experts at Good Housekeeping have named the Oven Brite Complete Oven Cleaner as the UK's best oven cleaner for 2026, after a comprehensive comparison test. The product scored an impressive 91 out of 100, outperforming well-known brands like Mr Muscle and Cif.
How the Test Was Conducted
The Good Housekeeping Institute test lab smeared sticky foods such as jam and tomato paste onto ovens, baked them for half an hour, and left them to cool. Each product was then judged on how easily it cleaned the surfaces.
According to the experts, Oven Brite Complete Oven Cleaner earned top marks for its detailed, easy-to-follow instructions and a sturdy bottle that prevented mess. The cleaner is available on Amazon for £5 and at various high street retailers.
