Gateshead
Stop/go boards and roadworks are on Rectory Road in Bensham in both directions from Hyde Park Street to Westfield Road until 6pm on July 1. Sunderland Road in both directions is closed due to roadworks during the night between A167 Gateshead Highway and Shelley Drive, from 9:57pm to 6am daily until July 15. A lane is closed on B1296 Old Durham Road in both directions from Camilla Street to A167 Gateshead Highway until July 16. The roundabout under the flyover is closed but traffic can get between Sunderland Road and Old Durham Road. A167 Gateshead Highway is closed in both directions due to major works to demolish the flyover between B1426 High Street West and A184 Park Lane until May 18, 2027. Lane closures, 30 mph speed restriction, and narrow lanes remain on A167 Tyne Bridge in both directions from A167(M, Newcastle Upon Tyne) to Church Street (Gateshead) until June 16, 2028.
North Tyneside
