Police Investigate Possible Involvement of Others in Jordan Wright's Death

Thai police have released haunting CCTV footage showing The Only Way Is Essex star Jordan Wright appearing panicked and looking over his shoulder before his death. The 33-year-old was seen running frantically through his hotel complex in Phuket, repeatedly glancing back, sparking theories he may have been chased.

Lieutenant Colonel Sutthirak Chuthong of Choeng Thale district station stated: "The circumstances leading up to the death are quite unclear. It is possible that other people were involved." The footage shows Wright grabbing a white pickup truck as he runs, nearly stumbling, and weaving erratically between buildings.

It is believed he then ran across rough terrain surrounding the hotel, jumped into a 10ft-deep creek, and made his way through a shallow stream before ending up at a nearby construction site with no CCTV. His body was discovered there on Saturday, having been there for no more than two days.

A hotel source said Wright had not been visited during his stay and that there was nothing unusual until he failed to check out. Police confirmed he checked in alone and was due to leave on March 13. The case remains under investigation, with autopsy results from Vachira Phuket Hospital pending to determine if drugs were present.
