Nottinghamshire Police have issued a significant update regarding a serious altercation that erupted outside a major supermarket, involving bladed weapons and resulting in multiple injuries. Officers were dispatched to the Asda located on Priestsic Road in Sutton-in-Ashfield following urgent reports of a violent confrontation.

The police were alerted to the scene at approximately 11.57pm on Friday evening. Upon arrival, they discovered that a physical fight had taken place, with bladed weapons reportedly being used during the altercation. Three individuals were injured during the confrontation. A 17-year-old boy sustained a slash wound to his arm, while a 24-year-old man suffered an injury to his elbow. Additionally, police later located a third victim, a 23-year-old man, who also sustained an injury to his arm.
All three victims received medical treatment at a hospital for their injuries. Authorities have confirmed that none of the injuries are currently believed to be life-threatening. The victims are being supported by officers as the investigation continues.
