Police in Sussex have launched an urgent public appeal to help locate two children who have gone missing from Eastbourne. The force is growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 11-year-old Tahlia and 13-year-old Chae, who were last seen early this morning.

The children were last sighted in the Willingdon area of Eastbourne at 7am on Thursday, 19 December 2025. Officers believe the pair are together and have confirmed that both youngsters have known links to other areas in West Sussex, specifically Yapton, Bognor Regis, and Chichester.
Descriptions and Public Appeal
Authorities have released descriptions of the two missing children to aid the public in identifying them. Tahlia is described as having blonde hair, while Chae is said to have strawberry blond hair.
In a direct plea, a spokesperson for Sussex Police stated: "We are urgently seeking to find Tahlia and Chae who are missing from Eastbourne. Anyone who sees them or knows of either of their whereabouts should call 999 immediately." The public are asked to quote the police reference serial 287 of 19/12 when making contact.
