Officers from Leicestershire Police are providing a detailed physical description to aid the public in identifying Kelvin. He is described as having a light-skinned complexion, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, and possessing a slim build. While a circulated police photograph depicts him with shorter braids, his hair is now reported to be approximately shoulder length.

At the time of his disappearance, Kelvin was wearing a distinctive black Nike tracksuit featuring a prominent grey line running down the legs. He may also have been wearing black Nike trainers, according to the latest information from investigators.
