Two 17-year-old boys from Cardiff have been arrested in Thailand, South Wales Police have confirmed. The force stated it is investigating the circumstances that led to the pair travelling to the Southeast Asian country and currently has limited information about the arrests.

In a statement, South Wales Police said: "We have been made aware that two 17-year-old boys from Cardiff have been arrested in Thailand. We are investigating the circumstances which led to the boys travelling to Thailand. This is a very concerning time for the families and wider community. We currently have limited information on the arrests, but officers are gathering as much information as possible."
