Four men have been arrested on suspicion of rape following a serious sexual assault in Bolton town centre. The incident occurred near Bradshawgate in the early hours of Saturday, 17 September 2022.
Greater Manchester Police reported that a woman approached patrol officers at around 5.20am in distress. Detectives have since launched an investigation and released a CCTV appeal for information.
The four suspects remain in custody for questioning. A police statement confirmed that lines of enquiry are ongoing.
