Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez hosted a glitzy pre-Met Gala party at their NoMad apartment in New York City on Saturday night. The Amazon founder, 62, and his wife, 56, welcomed a host of A-list celebrities ahead of the annual fashion fundraiser, which takes place on the first Monday in May.
The 2026 Met Gala, themed 'Fashion is art', will be co-chaired by Beyoncé, Venus Williams, Nicole Kidman and Anna Wintour. The event raises funds for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute.
Among the guests were Kris and Kendall Jenner. Kris stunned in a midnight blue satin gown with a sparkly jacket and oversized shades, while Kendall opted for a classic little black dress with keyhole detailing and killer heels. Nicky Hilton Rothschild also wore a black dress with cut-out detailing and bejewelled heels.
Anna Wintour, Vogue's global editorial director, arrived in an emerald satin jacket and floral dress. Model Ashley Graham wore a butter yellow slinky midi dress with gold heels, accompanied by her husband Justin Ervin. Singer Sam Smith chose a polka dot pussy bow shirt with a classic black suit.
Tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams were also in attendance. Venus wore a patterned cocktail dress with a cropped white jacket, while Serena opted for a ruched grey mini dress with a strapless neckline, arriving with her husband Alexis Ohanian. Broadcaster Gayle King exuded Old Hollywood glamour in a red silky gown and feathered shawl.
Other notable guests included stylist Law Roach in a structured suit, actress Laura Harrier in a rhinestone corseted gown, model Brooks Nader in a lace black number, and Lisa Rinna in a Gothic gown with crimson tassels. Italian model Vittoria Ceretti wore a sheer 'naked' dress embroidered with flowers, while Georgina Rodríguez, fiancée of footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, chose a black cocktail dress and satin jacket.
